The garden wrapped around the house, we wanted to make full use of the different aspects, a shady border, a winter border, with a ‘show garden’ feel to the rear garden. Half ornamental and half productive with raised beds (kinder to the back and knees) for growing vegetables and flowers for cutting.

We opted for corten steel beds for the ornamental end, eventually replacing an unruly hedge with rusty steel fencing. We used Woodblocx kits for the raised beds with my dream greenhouse from Cultivar.
